To truly capture the essence of Hedhog and address its challenges, at Hatypo Studio we adopted a human-centered and collaborative approach. The process began with an immersive discovery phase, where we worked closely with Hedhog’s team to delve into their brand values, audience aspirations, and goals. Through candid conversations, we uncovered the heart of Hedhog’s mission: to transform breakfast into a vibrant and invigorating experience. This initial phase also included thorough research into competitor strategies and market trends, helping us identify what could set Hedhog apart. To deepen our understanding, we conducted customer surveys and analyzed feedback, revealing a strong desire for a warm, approachable, yet sophisticated breakfast destination.
