Terms & Conditions

Hatypo Studio offers branding design services, including but not limited to branding consultation, logo creation, digital assets, and design strategies. We provide these services through a subscription-based model, where clients may subscribe to different service plans with varying levels of access and support.

1. Partnership Plans
We offer a range of  partnership plans that provide different levels of access to our services. Each plan has its own features, pricing, and billing cycle, as outlined on our website. By partnership, you agree to the terms and conditions specific to your chosen plan.
2. Billing and Payment

• All partnership fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the chosen plan (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Payment must be made via the payment method specified at the time of partnership (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your partnership.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel your partnership at any time. However, cancellations will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months of service or unused features within a partnership period, unless explicitly stated in the terms of a specific plan.

Payment Methods:

• For project-based payments, we accept PayPal and bank transfers.
• For subscription services, payments can be made via debit or credit card through the PayPal payment gateway.

Invoices:

• The Service Provider will issue invoices upon the signing of the Agreement. Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date.

Taxes: 

• Invoices for payments processed through PayPal or bank transfer will incur a 5% tax on the total service amount. However, this tax does not apply to subscription payments made using debit or credit cards via the PayPal payment gateway.

Service Hours: Services are provided Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time (GMT+7), excluding international days, national muslim holidays and agreed non-working days.
Holidays and Non-Working Days: Services will not be available on the following dates:

• January: New Year's Day (January 1)
• February: Isra Mi'raj (February 9)
• April: Lebaran Holiday (April 8-9), Eid Al-Fitr (April 10), Lebaran Holiday (April 11-12)
• Eid Al-Adha (June 17), Eid Al-Adha Holiday (June 18)
• July: Islamic New Year (July 7)
• August: Independence Day (August 17)
• September: Mawlid al-Nabi (September 16)
• December: Christmas Day (December 25), Christmas Holiday (December 26)
• Office Event: in improving our team we will do some events and will be notified 1-3 months before.

Communication and Planning: Clients should plan projects considering these non-working days to ensure timely delivery.

All content and materials provided through Hatypo Studio, including designs, logos, templates, and branding guidelines, remain the intellectual property of Hatypo Studio unless otherwise agreed upon. You are granted a limited license to use the materials solely for your business needs under the partnership terms.
You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any content or designs created by Hatypo Studio.
• Use our services or materials for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• You agree to provide accurate and timely information needed for us to deliver our services.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property laws.
• Any content or data you provide must not infringe on the rights of third parties or contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal material.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including pricing and features of subscription plans. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms or fail to pay subscription fees. In the event of termination, you will no longer have access to any materials or services associated with your subscription, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hatypo Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to your subscription or use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

If a dispute arises from or relates to these terms or our services, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Indonesian and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Surakarta District Court.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Clients acknowledge and agree that the Service Provider’s services must not be used in any way that discriminates against individuals or groups based on factors such as race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, or national origin. The Service Provider strictly prohibits the use of its services to incite, promote, or support discrimination, hostility, or violence.

The Service Provider does not accept projects associated with gambling, illegal drugs, pornography, scams, weapons, dating applications, or any content related to these categories. Furthermore, the Service Provider reserves the right to decline or terminate projects that involve or promote such material.

If the Service Provider determines, at its sole discretion, that a Client’s use of the services is discriminatory or violates these terms, it may suspend or permanently terminate the Client’s access to the services without prior notice and without liability. In such instances, the Client remains responsible for any payments due for work completed up to the suspension or termination date.
